Der einfachste Weg nach Nordkorea ist über China (vom Peking oder Shenyang), viele Turisten bekommen das Visum nach Nordkorea gerade in Peking. So haben Sie beim Transit über China nach Nordkorea die Gelegenheit, einen kurzen Kennenlernaufenthalt in Peking zu machen oder Ihre Reise mit der Eisenbahn aus Pchjongjang um ein Paar Tage in Dandong – einer malerischen Stadt auf dem chinesischen Ufer des Flusses Yalu, die genau das Gegenteil zur verlassenen Nordkorea ist – zu verlängern.

Vergessen Sie bitte nicht, dass diese Pause im Dandong nur in dem Fall gemacht werden kann, wenn Sie aus Nordkorea mit der Eisenbahn ausreisen.

Wir können Ihnen nur empfehlen, eine Fahrt mit Rikscha durch die Hutong-Gassen Pekings zu den wunderbaren einheimischen Märkten, kleinen Geschäften und Kneipen zu unternehmen.

Day 2. Begin today’s full tour with a visit to Ju Yong Pass Great Wall. Lunch. Afternoon, tour the Summer Palace, former summer retreat for the imperial family during the late Qing Dynasty and now China's largest and best-preserved royal garden. Enjoy Peking Duck Dinner in the evening. (B+L+D)

ZWISCHENHALT in DANDONG

 

Dandong ist eine kleine, dafür aber faszinierend Stadt auf der chinesischen Seite des Flusses Yalu. Wir freuen uns, Ihnen 2 verschiedene Besichtigungen von Dandong anbieten zu können. Dies ist in der Tat die beste Möglichkeit, wie Sie Ihre Reise nach Nordkorea abschließen können, indem Sie gleichzeitig eine exzellente Gelegenheit haben, ein sehenswürdiges Ort in China zu besuchen!

 

OPTION 1   (1 night/ 2 days)

 

Day1- Meeting at Dandong train station at around 17:00, transfer to hotel. Dinner is in a local Chinese restaurant and the evening is your own.

 

Day 2– Breakfast. Trip to the most eastern part of the Great Wall at Tiger Mountain, the 'one meter hop' is the narrowest point between China and DPRK. Korean War museum (all exhibits have English captions) known also as the “Museum of War to Resist America and Aid Korea”. After lunch, you take boat trip, on the wider Yalu River; the boat sweeps up and down the river in and out of DPRK waters, you can also walk along the ‘Broken Bridge’ which runs parallel to the friendship bridge over the Yalu River connecting the two countries. Half destroyed by the US air force in the Korean War, the broken bridge extends to exactly the halfway point between China and DPRK. City tour, giant red Chairman Mao statue outside the railway station before boarding the overnight sleeper for Beijing at 17:00. You will arrive in Beijing at 08:34am next day.

OPTION 2   (2 nights/ 3 days)

 

Day 1- Meeting at Dandong train station at around 16:30, transfer to hotel. Dinner is in a local Chinese restaurant and the evening is your own.

 

Day 2- After breakfast, the first stop is a trip to the most eastern parts of the Great Wall at Tiger Mountain at the 'one meter hop' the narrowest point between China and DPRK. Dazu ist jedoch nötig, das China-Visum für zwei und mehrere Einreisen zu haben. Dazu wenden Sie sich am Besten an die Botschaft der Volksrepublik China, um dieses Visum schon vor der Ausreise aus Ihrem Heimatland zu bekommen.

 

Wenn Sie durch China im Transit passieren und haben Anschließen Flugticket nach nächste Ziel innerhalb von 24 Stunden  nach der Ankunft in China, dann sind Sie befreit von der Visumpflicht. Diese Erlaubnis gilt nur, wenn Sie in China mit dem Flugzeug anreisen.
